Inspiration Fruit

I pulled out 3 colors from the inspiration photo on Stamptv. .. the purple, green & yellow.

My hubby has been home 11 days & I have stamped more than I have in a long time. Of course, our whole routine has been off. The alarm hasn't been going off in the wee hours of the morning. I've been staying up waaaaay later than normal. Next week things should start getting back to normal.

I made this card Tuesday night. My hubby had an emergency appendectomy yesterday, so things were a little on the crazy side.

I made this for the Moxie Fab Tuesday Triggers: Dancing Lanterns. I was inspired by the colors so I pulled out the yellow, celery green, light blue & the melon colors.

Crazy 4 Challenges C4C45 Red, Black & White

I read this challenge on Saturday & was really excited... Red, White & Black... right up my alley. I had the hardest time getting the card to come out right. I've had several different versions, with several different sets. I was super excited tonight when I got this to come together... then I went to the Crazy 4 Challenges blog & realized that I CASE'd a card from Lynda OY!!!! ssnotime147 Christmas in July

My day did NOT go as planned... *sigh*... But, when it was all said & done, everything on my list got accomplished... including getting a card made. So, it ended well! *smile*

I made this for Sharon's Stamp Simply Christmas in July challenge. I need about 60+ thank you cards at Christmas to send out to an amazing group of women. It doesn't take very long for the postage alone to add up, let alone the cardstock, ribbon & embellishments. I am always looking for simple, but elegant looking cards to send out. Last year, I didn't get my cards made as early as I wanted, so I'm hoping this year will be different.
