Cardz 4 Galz #114 Blue & White

It's time for another Cardz 4 Galz challenge. This time the theme is blue & white.  My first thought was to go with florals, but then I decided I better use some of my winter stamps.  We've had temps in the 70's & while I know they won't last, it did get me in the mood for spring!  (It doesn't take much, I know!  LOL ) I also combined this with the color challenge on SCS.
