Flybaby Challenge: Get Well

The theme for the March Flybaby challenge was: Get Well.  I saw this bunny & knew this is what I would be using for my card.  I think he's so cute!!!

Stamps: Daffodil Bunny digi image, sentiment GKD
C/S: Olive, white
DP: Snap Color Vibe paper pack
Seeing Spots ef, copics

On a personal note, we are in outdoor season for archery.  Some target, but mainly field & 3-D.   The older kids on the team are gearing up for a competition in TX that's 70 & 90 meters.  (We "get" to go to a different part of TX for a big 3-D shoot. )  My boys aren't quite able to get there yet.  Even though both of them have taken a growth spurt & are faithfully doing their training, including 200 push ups a day, they aren't going to be able to make that competition this year. At team practice, they had the targets set up for 50, 70 & 90 meters.  Both boys are able to hit the target at 50 & Devin was excited to even score 3 arrows at 70.   I'm going to have to get a spotting scope for me because I can't see where the arrow hits at those distances.  I did learn that I really could cancel their eye appointment for this week because they are able to see where the arrow hits with the naked eye.  (young eyes is what one of them told me.  *roll eyes*  )    Dylan passed his hunter safety course yesterday.  We celebrated by going to Ingrid's after team practice last night.  It was a new find for us, even though we've been around the OKC area for lots of years.

A card a day keeps the mojo flowin'... until next time!
