This week's Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge was to find a picture from Pinterest to use as inspiration.  I found the top photo from marthastewart.com  on pinterest.  I liked the red chair & wanted to use it.  I still haven't decided on a card to mass produce, but this one might be in the running.

FTTC185 Mini Card

This week's Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge was to create a mini card.   Even though our temps are still 100*+, I know that the holidays will be here before we know it & I'm gonna need some cards.  This challenge was perfect!  I can mass produce these & they are flat, so they will mail out easily enough.

From the Scrap Box

This post is a stamper's equivalent of "cleaning out the fridge".  After participating in a "No Spend August" challenge & seeing how much "stuff" I still have that hasn't been used, I set some goals for September.  I want to use some of my scraps & some of my "what do I do with this" ribbon.   I'm not ready to bring out my fall colors yet, since we are still over 100*,  but I did find the scrap of green in my box & the apple image.   I decided I could do an apple today.

On a personal note, it's a Snoopy Dance kinda day here... one of my boys had a "minor" change made with his archery 6 weeks ago.  It wasn't a good change & it affected his scores in a HUGE way.  After lots of extra practice & extra meeting times with a coach, we have finally figured out what the problem was & are back to going forward again!!!!!

RAC12 August

A group of us, decided to put together a monthly club where the hostess would send the same supplies to each person & we would be able to see how creative everyone was with the kit.

I got 2 cards made with the supplies that Peggysue sent.  I have enough leftovers to make several other cards...  now I just need to get it done, so I'll be patting myself on the back come December!!!  LOL!!!  Check out the other participants:

CPS280 Sweet Peas

Here's my take on the CPS sketch this week.  I pulled out my chevron stripes dp & even though you can't see the full effect, I'm lovin' it!!     I want to give a shout out to my Mom... it's her Birthday today!  Happy Birthday, Mom!!!
