Mixy-Matchy Card

Mixing patterns isn't something I think I do well, so I tend not to do it.  Putting different patterns together seems to be ALL the rage.  Since it's the last day of the month, it's time to post my Stamping with Friends card.  The theme this month was chosen by me & it was "scraps"  My scrap box has outgrown the box I first started with & now it's a 3 drawer system organized by colors.  Even though this card is made from scraps, it didn't even begin to make a dent in my "collection".  *grin*   This is also for the "Mixy-Matchy Style Challenge in the Moxie Fab World."   There's a lot of inspiration there.

Archery Card

While I was sitting at the rental car place, (yes, it has been one of THOSE kind of days!)  I was going through some of the Friday challenges & when I saw that this week's CASual Friday challenge was Hunger Games.  I needed to make a thank you card for my boys' archery coach.   Then I saw the sketch challenge for CASe This Sketch & I couldn't wait to get home to make a card!!!!    The stamp set has a camera in it, but I knew it would apply to my archery buddies also!!

HMFMC147 Charming

I don't have very many charms in my stash, but I saw this heart a few months ago & thought I needed to use it on something.  When I saw this challenge posted, I KNEW what charm I was going to use & then had to find the stamp! LOL    I made this for the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge.

FTTC#225~Scallops

Here I am on Monday, posting my Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge, submitting it just before the deadline.  Eeek!!!!  This week the theme was scallops.   I added some glitter from the clear atyou Spica pen.  You can't see it in the picture, but they show up nicely.

FM115 Color Challenge

This week's Friday Mashup gave a color challenge as one of the options, choose 3 of the following colors: "Crumb Cake, Summer Starfruit, Pacific Point or Daffodil Delight".   I went with Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight & Pacific Point.  I had a piece of Pacific Point dp that I received in a swap & didn't have any solid Pacific Point  c/s, so it has been in the dp box unused.  I knew I was saving it for something!  *grin*
