HMFMC #203 BINGO Card #2

I made another card for this week's House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.  This time I went across the bottom of the BINGO card.  I added Crystal Effects to each of the light bulbs, but I couldn't get it to pick up in the photo.    Come join us!!!
