Elegant Iris

I made this for the Potluck Challenge on stamptv. The challenge was to create a soft, girly card. As an extra bonus, to use a purple ribbon on the card & send the card to Somer Thompson's mom. Somer's favorite color was purple. This was such a tough challenge!!! The purple ribbon really matches Perfect Plum much better than in the picture.

Snowman Riley in Kraft

I love Kraft cardstock. I don't know why I don't use it very often. I especially like white ink on Kraft cardstock. I am working on a project that I need 60 thank you cards. They don't all have to be alike, but I will need them pretty quickly. I am trying to play around with several winter type cards that I can mass produce & not go broke trying to make 60 of them.

Personal Photos

I have a stamped card to share, but for some reason it won't let me post it. I hope that it will let me post this. I will post the card in the morning... hopefully. And in the meantime, here's a peak into my day today.

My hubby came in this afternoon & asked if we wanted to go for a drive to see the fall foliage. The peak is supposed to be this week/weekend.

My boys were thrilled to climb on the rocks & pose. My oldest isn't really that much taller than my youngest, but at the last second, he got up on a rock a little higher.

We took a couple of trails around Chickasaw National Park & we saw this beauty. She let us take lots of pictures. She was very patient with us. And she wasn't scared when we kept inching closer.

The last picture is one of the many pictures I took of the colors of the leaves.

Crazy 4 Challenges Week #8

The Crazy 4 Challenges theme this week was geometric shapes. The challenge was to use at least 3 different shapes on your card. I added stickles to the stars to give them a little sparkle.

Stamp Simply Feeling Square?
