RAK12 Breakin' the Rules

This is the last month of the Christmas Card Challenge group.  It was my month to be the hostess.  I decided to break the rules...  my boys said it was "wrong" to color the snowman's top hat brown & a friend asked me recently why I always put the embossed part at the top & the dp on the bottom.  I decided to mix things up a little from my "normal"!

Thinking of You

Several Flybabies on SCS, decided to put together a "theme" for each month & use items from our stash to create projects with that theme.  I only got one card made for this month, but I'm okay with that.  I used a stamp set that hasn't seen ink this year + a piece of dp that was in my scrap box.

Rose Bouquet

I'm waiting on my guys to get their archery equipment together so we can head out the door.  I started coloring this image, not thinking I would have time to put together a card.  I pulled out this dp, I've had it for EVAH.  This is super CAS, but I got a card made!!!  Between wonky internet issues & extra archery stuff, my stampin' time has been limited.

Snow Day!

Our weather the past few days has been really nice, no snow at all in our forecast... in fact we have a 70* in our forecast for this week!!!!  *grin*  I'm excited!!!  It's enough to make me want to declare a school holiday & declare no school... but we won't, we may end up in the back yard for a few subjects or at the park, we'll see.
