My internet has been out at home since last Wednesday! *gasp!* The tech came out today & spent 3 hours working on things & finally got it working. What did people do before the internet??? 
I needed a sympathy card & I always have the hardest time with sympathy cards. The dp is Black Tie from My Mind's Eye & I can't decide if it is white or cream. Up against white, it looks cream & yet it doesn't quite match the cream. This sketch is from last week's sketch challenge on stamptv. I LOVE it!
It's an exciting week at our house... both of my boys have birthdays. My youngest loves to go fishing, he asks almost every weekend if they can go fishing... even when it's COLD! One of the Gina K. release challenges was to use blue & green dp, so I came up with this for his birthday card. I used a non-Gina K. sentiment because I thought this one was a little easier for him to try to read.
I made this for this week's Anything But A Card challenge on stamptv & for this week's Crazy 4 Challenges. It looks like we will go to go out town next weekend to do Christmas with one side of the family. I made this for my nephew. I'm sure that he'll be grateful for the money instead of me trying to pick something out for him! LOL!
Our plans got changed... maybe... so I decided to make some gift holders. When I searched on SCS, I found a link to CraftyCaro's blog Her tutorial is fabulous!!! It made putting these together a snap!
