This week's challenge on the CCEE blog is all about tools... punches to be exact, no dies. I pulled out my scalloped border punch to use on the bottom of the black panel. I did add some glitter with my glitter pen to the lines on these poppies.Stamps: Hugs & Prayers Gina K.
