Yesterday, I had a doozy of a migraine. The worst migraine I've had in a couple of years & I have no idea what triggered it. So, no stamping yesterday & today is the "hangover" from the migraine day, so I doubt I will stamp today either.

But, I do have a photo of my archers to share. I took this picture on Friday. Devin & Dylan keep asking me to take a pic of them with their bows & if you look close you can see that both of them have an arrow nocked.

Next weekend, will be the year anniversary of Devin starting archery.

Personal Photos

The boys had a state archery competition on Saturday. It was *only* a few degrees over 100*. It was a walking course... it was the first one of this kind that we have done. The path was kept really nice, but on the sides of the path, it had grown up a little. I love the picture of Dylan with his "game face" on. He was focused on the next target. The target that the boys are shooting at is called a "hunter's target". It was one of the 3 rounds that they had to shoot. They had a lot of fun. In fact, they were ready for more... I on the other hand was glad that they were finished!!! :D

with 3 other kids. There were only 2 of the kids that competed against each other & they were super about being a good sport. We are waiting on the scores to be published to see if they broke any state records.

A New Hunter

We have a new hunter in our family! Devin spent Saturday morning taking his Hunter's Safety Class & then the test. He passed!!! He was so excited!!! More than going hunting, he wants to be able to take 2 classes in 4-H... air rifle & bow hunting. Both of them are competitive sports & require you to have passed the Hunter's Safety Test. He has to be 9... he will turn 9 in just a few weeks. Look out world!!!

These are some pictures I took yesterday. It started with me taking a picture of Dylan because of his shirt. Then Devin wanted a picture! The bottom picture is Dylan getting his $100 gift card for saving ONE MILLION points at church. He has been saving his points since last December & got it yesterday. We had a stop to make after church yesterday & then went immediately to Wal-Mart!!! I was very impressed with the items he bought, but a little sad that not one item came from the toy dept. My 6 year old has already outgrown the toys! He still has money left, so we'll see how long it will last!! *smile*
