Oh, Misti, beautiful blue tulips! Of course, you know how I love my Power Poppy stamps. You aced this challenge and I'm so glad you found time to play with us at Double D!
Oh, Misti, this is so beautiful, and I love the wonderful DP with the dotted swiss (one of my favorite embossing folders). I just love the tulips and love the lace across with the blue matted. Beautiful card, sweet friend! Hugs!
